Job Description:

Applications are being accepted for the Chief Executive post at Punjab Agricultural Research Board (PARB), Lahore, from senior scientists and experienced leaders who possess dynamic and effective leadership. Market-based compensation packages are available in the Rs. 700,000–Rs. 1,000,000 range. Initial hiring will be done on a contract basis, with a three-year term that may be extended in the future based on performance.

About the Company:
In order to support an integrated approach for research planning and effective resource allocation, the Punjab Agricultural Research Board (PARB) was established as an autonomous body under the PARB Act, 1997. This will enable the province's agriculture innovation system to produce suitable solutions for the problems encountered by various stakeholders in the food and fiber chain.

Through output-oriented agricultural research and development initiatives, PARB aims to increase sustainable production, decrease poverty, and guarantee food security and foster competitiveness in the agricultural industry. The purpose of PARB is to assist in the effective advancement of scientific technology for the benefit of agricultural stakeholders.
