Charged Employees, Daily Wages, and Contingent Basis staff, which was released
by the Government of the Punjab Services and General Administration Department
(Regulations/O&M Wing) vide notification No. SO (ERB)
5-44/2019/WC-DW-Policy dated 29th January, 2021, the Child Protection &
Welfare Bureau, an autonomous body under the Administrative Control of the Home
Department.

About the Company:
The
Punjab government formed the Child Protection and Welfare Bureau in March 2004
to provide care, rehabilitation, education, and training to the impoverished
and neglected children. Keeping young kids safe from harm is one of the reasons
this Bureau was established. In addition to giving these kids food and shelter,
this institution teaches them skills and knowledge that will make them
productive members of society.
The Bureau works to get these kids back together with their family. In addition, the child psychologists implement different strategies for these kids' mental growth and recovery.
In addition, a child protection court has been set up to handle matters such as child custody and the children's legal reunification with their parents. 1121 is the helpline.

How to Apply:
1. Applications for positions should be sent to the
undersigned with a detailed curriculum vitae, a recent photo, attested copies
of one's residence certificate, national identity card, and certificates of
relevant experience, along with all necessary educational testimonials.
Applications should be received by registered courier service at the latest by
April 29, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in Punjab, Lahore. The application should also
include the current phone number.
2. On May 02, 2024 at 10:00 am, the
shortlisted candidates' interview will take place in the Director
Administration Child Protection & Welfare Bureau Punjab, Lahore. There
won't be a separate call letter given, and there won't be any TA or DA accepted
for the interview.
3. Applications that are not complete or that are submitted after the deadline will not be considered
4. The Child Protection & Welfare Bureau will not accept applications that are sent directly to them.
5. At the time of the interview, candidates should present the original documents and copies that have been attested.
6. The applicant's place of residence must be in Punjab Province.
7. The individuals with computer knowledge and skills will be given precedence.
8. Following the interview, the authority may decide to raise or lower the number of employees' daily wages without providing a justification.
9. Employers who pay their employees on a daily or
contingent basis are not entitled to a contract or regular appointment, nor may
such an appointment be regularized under any circumstances.
Additionally, they
will not be entitled to file a lawsuit in any court regarding their hiring,
firing, or any other cause pertaining to their continued employment or
termination in any scenario.
